The above event (“Event”) is being hosted by Northwestern University (“Northwestern”) in connection with the Northwestern Alumni Angels & Entrepreneurs affinity group (“NAAE”). The Event is not a fundraising event. The Event aims to provide a forum for interesting early-stage companies and entrepreneurs to provide information about themselves. Neither University nor NAAE: (a) is a fund; (b) undertakes crowd sourced fundraising; or (c) provides any investment advice or recommendations.
