Embedded Consultant to Enterprise Problem-Solver
Before founding Empwr.ai, Jeremiah Seraphine had a front-row seat to how enterprise organizations function. While embedded as a consultant through Envorso, he spent time directly working with software development teams, interviewing engineers, sitting in on meetings, and absorbing how projects really unfold on the ground.
Later, he transitioned into a chief of staff role, supporting a global organization of 6,000–8,000 people. That shift gave him a stark contrast: at the top, leaders were working from dashboards and filtered reports, missing the nuanced signals from the ground level.
“What I realized,” he said, “is that by the time signals make it to leadership, they’ve been so filtered down they’ve lost meaning.” It was this disconnect — the gap between what’s actually happening and what gets reported — stuck with him.
The Birth of Empwr.ai
Empwr.ai was born from a strategic, powerful reflection around the question: what if leaders could see the real-time truth of their teams, without waiting for reports to trickle up? But instead of building a tool for execs first, Jeremiah and his team focused on solving problems for the folks actually doing the work.
By pulling insights from everyday communication — Slack, meeting notes, emails, comments - Empwr.ai creates a live snapshot of team progress, challenges, and alignment. One feature that’s getting great feedback? It turns action items from meetings into polished task tickets automatically, saving 5–10 minutes per ticket crafted. At first glance, that may not sound like much — until you scale it across hundreds of people. Suddenly, it’s tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars saved weekly.
Best of all? Teams are adopting it on their own. “We’re seeing the product spread inside orgs without needing a big sales push,” Jeremiah shared. “That’s been one of the most rewarding parts.”
Enterprise Traction & The Road Ahead
Empwr.ai is already gaining real traction. Their first major enterprise customer, Mammoth Brands (home to Harry’s, Lume Deodorant, Mando, and Flamingo), saw wide adoption even before the official rollout. Enterprise pilots are also underway with leading automotive companies, as Empwr.ai delivers on its original vision of giving leaders real-time, qualitative insight into their organizations.
Looking ahead, Jeremiah and his team are leaning into enterprise expansion — finalizing SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and strengthening their strategic partnership with Envorso to help more automotive and industrial customers implement AI successfully. The long-term vision? To be the AI-powered assistant for program and project teams - supporting alignment at every level.
Rebuilding Community Through IGNITE
As a second-time founder, Jeremiah brought experience into the IGNITE cohort — but what he found was something just as valuable: a trusted space for honest feedback and deep connection. After relocating from Chicago to the Bay Area just before the pandemic, building a network had stalled. IGNITE helped him restart.
“The go-to-market advice we got from peers and mentors was some of the most useful feedback we’ve had - people weren’t too close to the product, so they could be honest,” he shared. Beyond product thinking, the cohort also reminded Jeremiah of the value of community itself. “I’ve worked remotely for years, often solo. IGNITE reminded me how energizing it is to build alongside others.”
That spirit of collaboration also shaped his approach to growth. Embracing the “who-not-how” philosophy, he’s focused on building meaningful relationships — with team members, mentors, and customers — who can offer the insights he didn’t even know he needed. “The right people can unlock the next phase. You just have to be open to listening.”
